A rough outline of the investments
The Standardisation Working Group (SWG) meets on a monthly basis. Such meetings are on average attended by 10 persons and a session takes 4 hours. (12 x 10 x 4 = 480 hours yearly)
The Joint Montoring Committee (JMC) meets 4 times a year. These are attended by 9 persons and a session takes 2 hours. (4 x 9 x 2 = 72 hours yearly)
Our meeting archives go back up to the beginning of the year 2002.
On 24-04-24 we are in year 2024 which amounts for 22 years and 115 days since that start in 2002.
These 22 years and 115 days amount for 12144 + 173 = 12317 hours.

This is a minimalistic figure which does not account for the pre- and post-meeting work of all these persons, nor for the addtionnal and more specific (sub-)working groups, nor for the coordination work.
The Telebib centre is staffed with one person. (220 x 8 = 1760 hours yearly)
