(aufs Englisch:) Settlement - An agreement on or payment made as indemnity of a loss. It connotes an agreement between both parties to the contract as to the amount and method of payment. In this case it is not about the actual indemnification, but about the payment of adjacent services as delivered to the claimant (or imputable to the claimsfile).
