If you need a data element which is not yet defined in TELEBIB2, complete and submit the form below. Your request will be treated by the TELEBIB2 Centre.

In return you will get the statement of the segment and the qualifier to use for the data element. The data element itself will be added to the concerned directory. From that moment on it will be part of the standard.
