Here, you are within SLA/1 (Service Level Agreement 1).
If you need a data element which is not yet defined in TELEBIB2, you can submit a request which will be treated by the TELEBIB2 Centre.
In return you will get the statement of the segment and the qualifier to use for the data element.
The data element itself will be added to the concerned directory.
From that moment on it will be part of the standard.

For a new data element we need the following information:

• Data element name in
  • French
  • Dutch
  • German
  • English
• Data element definition in
  • French
  • Dutch
  • German
  • English
• If the content of the data element consists of a code, please do specify for each of the code-values the
  • code-value
  • code-name in
    • French / Dutch / German / English
  • code-definition in
    • French / Dutch / German / English
